The end of red tape in motoring has been welcomed. The Minister of Common Sense (and Road Safety Minister) Mike Penning announcements has brought many stupid rules of the road. Here the major changes are in the car insurance and the Statutory off Road Notification (SORN). The abolishing of insurance certificate has been welcomed by the Simon Douglas, director of AA Insurance and in SORN; it goes to be continuous and not annual. However, a note of caution is said on the new changes in Certificate for Professional Competence (CPC).
