What they seem to want to do is shut down some local 39 local offices to branch out to online services. It seems to be a good idea to open new avenues for the consumer. The BVRLA say it will open more job opportunities for people around who are still unemployed. I think, as long as the plan does not put more people out of work than they hire, it should be a great idea especially if it improves the speed of private number plate transfers. Anything that increases jobs, saves time and money is worth supporting.
