All territorial police units and the Phillippine National Police Hignway Patrol group ordered to arrest the vehicle drivers without proper number plates plates in their vehicle, including private plates. Also ordered for a campaign against using unauthorized commemorative plates and colored plastic covers, fake and stolen plates and sirens and blinkers to get away with their crime. Faded or plastic covered plates are also prohibited to use.
