Number plates fetching more money for the State Government of Queensland Innovative idea has given more revenue for the Queensland State Government because of Personalised Plates which it partly owns. The sales in one week has gone up to $850,000 starting from $435 per plate. The letters and numbers used are very unique and sometimes very funny. People created their own ideas for the number plates to be special. Most of the revenue earned by this method is given to the State Government to use in the road safety projects.
